Bruschetti with peppers and feta

The perfect bruschetta, easy to cook and very tasty! With the season's favorite roasted peppers.
Ingredients

3 sweet peppers

2 tbsp. olive oil

half a lemon

4-6 slices of baguette bread

100 g of cheese
-
salt

BIO liquid fermented spices 5 peppers
Directions
Roast the peppers and cut into cubes.
Put the chopped pepper in a bowl, add the juice and zest of half a lemon, and drizzle with olive oil.
Toast the bread slices in a pan without oil or in a toaster.
Crumble the cheese in a small bowl with a fork and spread over the bruschetta.
Arrange the roasted peppers on top and serve with few drops of BIO liquid fermented spices 5 peppers on top of each bruschetta
