Leckar Foods Reel Refund Campaign - Official Rules

Eligibility: The Leckar Foods Reel Refund Campaign ("Campaign") is open to legal residents of eligible countries who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Leckar Foods and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
Campaign Period: The Campaign begins on 02.02.2024 and ends on 02.04.2024. All entries must be submitted and received within this period to be eligible for consideration.
Refund Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive a refund for the purchase of one (1) set only. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.
Instagram Account Requirement: Participants must use an Instagram account with a minimum of 100 followers to be eligible for the Campaign. Accounts with fewer than 100 followers will not be considered.
Content Guidelines: Reels submitted as part of the Campaign must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of others will be disqualified.
Refund Process: To receive a refund, participants must follow the instructions outlined in the Campaign landing page and submit a valid entry. Refunds will be issued only after the participant's reel has been reviewed and approved by Leckar Foods. According to the rules, each participating person can take part in the refund only once, and one Instagram account can participate only once.
Verification: Leckar Foods reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and the authenticity of entries. Any false or misleading information provided by participants may result in disqualification from the Campaign.
Modification/Termination: Leckar Foods reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of such modification, suspension, or termination, Leckar Foods may, at its discretion, award refunds to eligible participants who have already submitted valid entries.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to release and hold harmless Leckar Foods and its affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to their participation in the Campaign or receipt of any refund.
Governing Law: The Campaign is governed by the laws of US. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of US.
Privacy Policy: All personal information collected from participants in connection with the Campaign will be handled in accordance with Leckar Foods' Privacy Policy.

Participants may only claim one refund per individual and per Instagram account. Additionally, please note that videos submitted as part of this campaign may be used by Leckar Foods for promotional purposes on its website and social media channels.

By participating in the Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of any refund.
