- Obtained by mechanical pressing and native fermentation of ingredientI from organic farms (it's industrial replication of the chewing process in the mouth): Liquid Fermented Herbs&Spices mix, organic cold pressed Rice Bran and Germ Oil.
- Zero alcohol, Zero solvents, Zero chemicals.
- Fermented Antioxidant is the so-called universal type of spice. In contrast to the dry spices, it match perfectly in cold dishes. In contrast to the essential oils, Liquid Fermented Spices are edible.
- Shelf life of two years. Keep it in dry and dark place at room temperature. Best used within three months of opening.
How To Use
This flavor goes with just about everything. Besides the benefits, only 3-4 drops in tea or rice or any kind of food is a great addition. I used in green tea mostly.
What I adore about these liquid spices is how well they marry with my dishes, lending them an authentic taste. They're super versatile and are made without any artificial preservatives which make them a healthy option for everyday cooking.
The tofu salad turned out excellent, the aftertaste is very long and pleasant.
Unfortunately, the bottle quickly ran out.
Best teriyaki flavor I've even tried.
Aroma is stable, the taste has not deteriorated over 3 months.
But I think that price is pretty high.
